Carpenter in Troutdale, Oregon

I am looking for most types of home construction. I have been in construction for over 12 years. I have experience in demolition, prep work, hanging sheet rock, tape and mudding, texturing, fraimming, sheeting, roof tear off and installation (architectural 30 year and 50 year), insulation, and more. I can safely use most hand and power tools, including skill saw, sawzall, table saw, wet saw, sanders, drills, hilti, toe kick saw, fine tool and more. I have most hand tools and some power tools of my own. I have been working on getting all my own power tools. I also have my own truck. I am up to the challenge of a full time job or a small quick remodel. I take pride in my work and would rather take a little bit more time than to do a half a** job. I would like to discuss rates before taking on any job, but I cannot work for less than $17/ on most jobs. I am hard working and enjoy my work. Thank you for your time.
