Carpenter in Kapaa, Hawaii

I am a carpenter looking for work on Kauai (I have lived in Kilauea for over 20 years). I am careful, reliable, hard working, work well with others or independently, can follow directions, and have the skills and intelligence to get the job done properly and on time. My experience includes some framing, hanging drywall, laying baseboard, demolition, installing sinks and other pluming, basic electrical (installing lights, outlets and switches), tile setting & grouting, and concrete work. I have reliable transportation (a 2015 Ford F150 pickup truck), basic tools such as a cordless drill & impact driver, skill saw, chop saw, ladders, levels, etc. Most recently I have worked on renovations of Ka Eo Kai Resort and Bali Hai Villas and some private homes in Princeville and Kilauea. Although most of my carpentry experience comes from working on my own home and farm over the past 25 years I became my boss's go-to guy for difficult and important carpentry jobs at both Ka Eo Kai and Bali Hai. At Bali Hai I helped the painting crew with any of their carpentry needs while renovating about 140 units. At Ka Eo Kai we did a complete remodel that included ripping out and rebuilding kitchens and walls with extensive drywall work on the walls and ceilings in nearly all of their units.
