I have experience in laying out green plate on foundations, slabs. Laying out walls as well as framing them with the window and door R/O plus figure different wall hight's if needed. I can figure and roof pitches, and frame them from standard A framed roof to a octagon roofs, including A dormers, shed dormers, gambrel, dormers, dog house dormers hip roof, as well as bastard hips and bastard valley's. I also have experience in timber framing. I know how to build and figure stairs standard, winders, as well as circular. I build porches /decks, screened in or not I am able to also build the screen frames plus apply the screen. I do roofing any thing from shingles to standing seam metal roofing including rubber roofing, screw down metal. I do siding clapboards shingles vinyl cement board cedar shakes including true weaved corners. I do soffits roof trim exterior crown molding with or with out "dog ears" "pork chops" aka returns on eves. As for interior I have experience in cabinetry building them, as well as laying them out, and installing them I hang interior/exterior door's install window also replacement windows. I do flooring hardwood or softwood I do not do carpet nor vinyl flooring. can finish stairs with treads and kickers with skirts . I do hand rails balusters decking really frame to finish.
