Carpenter in Newport, Rhode Island

Carpenter of Master Grade seeking fulfilling employment with honest, stable, reputable company in the Newport area. On the books, Full-time preferred. $20-$35 depending on particular job, (as I am negotiable.) Although, I would rather have stable employment with a base salary or hourly rate. I am basically looking for stability within a company. I have exhausted myself trying to find a crew or company that isn't run on the buddy system. It's great to have camaraderie, there is a line at business. I am about what you know, not who you know. A company that is not run on a power struggle. Waiting until the last second, (everyday) to change the job for the day, only to have multiple changes to each job. Trying to Micro-Manage jobs from a pick-up truck or home office. Applied Skills: Foundations, Framing, Roofing, Windows/Doors, Siding, Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Insulation, Sheetrock, Kitchen/Bath, Tile, Granite, Additions, Concrete flat/texture, Brick/Stone Masonry, Hardscape, Fences, Renovations/Remodels, Historical Restoration, Log Homes, etc. I am reliable and trustworthy. A solid ethic of teamwork, profficiency, job quality, and increasing performance. By focusing on both strengths and weaknesses, bringing out the best of all jobs. I do not see issues. I see solutions. Utilizing foresight and not hindsight, I am able to maintain and keep job costs at a minimum. With consideration to having full and complete specificationsto a project.
