Carpenter in Toms River, New Jersey

Scope includes some demo, windows and capping, tiling, kitchen and baths, drywall (minimal, mostly for repairs), wall prep, painting, trim and mouldings, siding install and repair, and other home improvement work. We are seeking a carpenter, not a GC, but you must be able to follow a multifaceted renovation scope, work with other tradesmen (ie electrician, plumber, painter...), and aid in material estimates. Payment will be based on the time needed to do the work, and should average out to approx $200/day. You are expected to accurately estimate the time it will take to complete the job.A helper can be considered, but must be arranged and agreed upon in the estimate. Work Available within a week.
