Approximately, 20 years,in the building trades,both residential,and commercial.I've built homes from,foundation,thru 2nd story,to include : drawings,permits,specs,submiddles, as-builds,change orders,dealing with Architects,Generals, Home Owners,etc. Besides,running crews in construction, I also know A/C,Htg,and Duct installation,plumbing, Electrical installs,Flooring,Drywall,Painting,Concrete ,total remodels, additions Roofing,etc. I love working with my hands,but have also managed budgets,up to $20,000,0...,with crews,up to 40 employees,and worked,all over Calif.,and Vegas,in high rise buildings,up to 60 stories,ie LA Library, LA Bank of America ,USC, UCLA,UCSD,Grand Hotel LA St.James Club Hollywood,UCLB,UCSB,Pepperdine,Santa Ana Sheriff Coroners Office,Chino Prison .
