I am an experienced carpenter with 5 years experience in the field. I specialize in interior systems: framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors, door frames, door hardware, closers, etc. I hold an associates degree in computer drafting an thus am quite familiar with construction documentation. I am savvy with technology and am able to produce professional estimates and proposals for clear communication and stress free negotiation. I have established a clear and fare pricing schedule for my services. In general I charge $180/8 hour day ($22.50/h). For drywall hanging I charge $10/board. If a job requires the production of a takeoff, I am willing and able to assist with the production of one. I am currently studying project management at ITT Technical Institute where I earned my associates in Drafting (I mention this to say that I am quite practiced at the task of producing takeoffs, schedules, proposals and estimate). I currently freelance these aforementioned pre-construction services for small contractors). I charge $30/page to produce a takeoff. I will not be able to procure material but I drive a 1500 GMC Sierra and am willing to pickup and deliver with some negotiated consideration.
