Carpenter in Calgary, Alberta

I am writing to apply for the position of Carpenter, which was advertised on the internet. For the past 8 years, I have worked as a Sterile Supply Technician at Auckland District Health Board, where I have developed my skills as a Certified Sterilizer Technician and earned my Sterilizing technology course at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand. Although I have greatly enjoyed this career but its time for me to pursue my dream, which will give me new challenges and will provide me with the opportunity to further develop my skills. I have previous experienced in renovating residential house as I used to help my brother with their business, and decided to study to gain proper knowledge in building with regards to New Zealand Standard 3604 and earned my MIT Certificate in Entry to Carpentry Level 3 last June 2016 and then continued my studies for the Certificate in Carpentry Level 4 which I will be finishing this coming June 2017. I am very keen on getting a full time job. Currently, I am employed and work as a Carpenter for a Residential sub-contract Builder here in Auckland, New Zealand. My ability to learn quickly and determination, good communication skills, able to handle pressure, hardworking, dedication towards job, loyal, able to use initiative, conscientious, honest, reliability, and ability to relate to different kinds of people are some of my qualities that I can contribute to the team. I am very motivated to learn, my interest and willingness and I take everything as an opportunity for growth are some of my strategies that I could use to ensure my success.
