I am a master carpenter and non degreed architect. I draw and print out plans using CAD (Computer Assisted Drafting) for proposed projects. I edit the plans to the customers satisfaction and submit them to the local building department for permitting. My repertoire includes design, framing, roofing(composition shingles, metal, torch down bitumen, & Spanish tile), ceramic tile, concrete work, Sheetrock, Sheetrock finishing, cabinets, custom trim, staining & painting, laminate flooring, remodeling, solar heated greenhouses, geodesic domes, wood boats, etc...
