I have over 30 years of Experience, in resdential and multi dwelling apartments and houses. I do site work, prep for foundations, I do foundation work, block work, all framing, I can read blueprints, do interior trim. I can do simple to intricate framing and trim. I do remodel work, including electrical and plumbing, but I am not lisc. In those two fields. I do have my contractor's license. I also do sheetrock, minor taping and mudding and painting. I can run entire job site, coordinate subcontractors, be leadman on crews or I can work as part of a crew. I operate some equipment, (skytrack, backhoe, skid loader and front-end loaders.)
